About me
I provide financial coaching for high-earning women navigating life transitions such as marriage, homeownership, and parenthood. Many of my clients make good money and always have, but over time, rising expenses and busy lives begin to quietly strain cash flow. Money looks fine on paper, but it feels stressful in day-to-day life.
Before becoming a financial coach, I spent 25 years in corporate accounting and auditing, working with companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded, multinational organizations. That background taught me how to bring clarity to complex numbers and systems. Today, I use those same skills to help individuals get an objective, judgment-free understanding of what is actually happening with their money.
Clients often come to me after trying budgets or tools that did not stick. What they usually need is not more willpower, but clearer visibility and a realistic plan. Many begin with a Money Clarity Session, where we focus on understanding current cash flow and identifying what feels hardest right now. From there, ongoing coaching helps clients reset spending, navigate debt, and build simple systems that support everyday decisions.
My work is based on the Plan Ahead Method™, developed by Kelsa Dickey and The Financial Coach Academy®. The focus is practical, structured, and supportive. Clients gain clarity, accountability, and confidence so they can pay for the life they are living today while feeling more stable and in control.
I live in Cedar Grove, New Jersey with my husband and son. When I am not working with clients, you can usually find me doing yoga, enjoying good coffee, or cheering on my son, the Devils or the Mets.
